‘Trade Experts Council’ Client Conference Sets Upcoming TPM Release Priorities

Rolling Meadows, IL (October 28, 2016) – At the conclusion of Adesso Solutions’ annual fall client conference, there was excitement and a feeling of great productivity emanating from Adesso’s newly renovated meeting and training facility in Rolling Meadows. The Trade Experts Council, consisting of participants from multiple client partners, had the opportunity to participate in trade effectiveness and business process discussions around how they approach their business, as well as opportunity areas where Adesso can incorporate their business needs into the future of Flamingo, Adesso’s TPM system.
“We regard improved usage of the system to maximize Flamingo for more effective results to be a critical area of focus.” said Fred Schroeder, President & CEO of Adesso Solutions. “This conference therefore included a session on how to improve usage, and reviewed benefits of our System Effectiveness services; including our Outsourced System Administration (OSA) service, a Training & Certification Program that will soon be available, as well as Diagnostics to identify business opportunities.”
The Trade Experts Council Conference is part of Adesso’s key annual client conferences for their Trade Promotion Effectiveness Community, which offers clients the opportunity to actively participate in the evolution of Flamingo. Clients not only gained insights into details of Adesso’s regular releases, but also to participate in voting to prioritize functionality enhancements for upcoming releases. The 2016 releases, Santa Monica and Venice Beach, as well as the soon-to-be available release, Marina del Rey, have included significant enhancements to the Offline Planner and the Flamingo alerts modules. They include alerts improvements and reminders; multiple hierarchies; deal, deal calendar, and deal screen improvements; enhanced reporting, and significant improvements to and other ease of use functionality, as well as to infrastructure and technology.
Jenny Kehr, CPA at Idahoan Foods said: “I have been using Adesso Solutions’ software for over five years. In that time, I had the unique experience of being a partner with the company on a co-development project for the purpose of bringing foodservice functionality into their software package. While such an experience may bias my view, it also allowed me to attend many of their user conferences over the years. I can honestly say that I have never worked with another software company which was so attentive to feedback from their clients. When they say the software isn’t theirs, it is their customers’, they actually mean it. Actions speak louder than words and I have seen them modify, revamp, and refine their products to meet the needs of their customers and on a timely basis. A software package is never going to be perfect for every need, but I am confident that they will continue to improve it to meet the needs of their customers. Any clients that don’t participate in these conferences must not realize the opportunity there are passing on. Thank you for being a business partner instead of just a software vendor. The difference is tremendous.”
